Chief Executive Officer

One of ReadyTech’s founders since 1999, Marc has overseen ReadyTech’s growth from a small software development house to a leading provider of education and employment technology in Australia.

With 20 years’ experience building technology for the education and employment sectors, Marc now heads up a global team of 160 people committed to the relentless pursuit of innovation and better technology for over 3,600 customers.

Marc is a former software developer who couples a technical background with a strong strategic vision for ReadyTech’s products, which unlock the value of SaaS and additional services for customers.

Elizabeth Crouch
Independent Non-executive Director

Elizabeth Crouch is a seasoned non-executive director with a career that includes strong experience at senior levels of both the public and private sectors in Australia.

Currently Chair of the Boards of the Customer Owned Banking Association and SGS Economics and Planning, Elizabeth has held previous non-executive director roles with Chandler Macleod Group, McGrath Estate Agents and Macquarie University Hospital.

She currently serves on the Board of the NSW Government’s Institute of Sport, Health Infrastructure and the Western Sydney Local Health District among other appointments, and supports community bodies including as the Chair of the Women’s University Rugby 7s.

Timothy Ebbeck
Independent Non-Executive Director

Tim Ebbeck has over 30 years of board, executive, and advisory experience across a breadth of industries including technology, AI, blockchain, media, sport, consulting, energy, and finance.

Tim’s executive experience includes roles as Chief Executive Officer at SAP (ANZ), Chief Executive of Oracle (ANZ), Chief Commercial Officer of SAP (APJ), Chief Commercial Officer of NBN Co, as well as Chief Financial Officer of Unisys South Pacific and TMP Worldwide.

His board roles have included being Non-Executive Director for ReadyTech Limited (RDY.ASX), Tymlez (TYM.ASX), IXUP Limited (IXU.ASX), CPA Australia, Nextgen Distribution, Trustee of the Museum of Applied Arts & Sciences NSW, and Non-Executive Chairman at Insite Organisation.

Tim is a professional company director and advisor to a range of companies in the technology and emerging industries and a former member of the Business Council of Australia.

Tom Matthews
Non-Executive Director

Tom Matthews has over 15 years of experience in private equity, principal investment, investment banking and middle market advisory and valuations in both Australia and the UK.

A partner at leading private equity manager Pemba, Tom has led a number of transactions across Pemba’s areas of focus since 2015, including investments into HR3, JobReady and Vital Software. Tom has held a variety of senior roles prior to joining Pemba, including at private equity firm Sovereign Capital Partners in the UK, the Investment Banking Group of Macquarie Bank, and Deloitte Corporate Finance in both Sydney and London.

Mark Summerhayes
Alternate Director

Currently Managing Director at Pemba Capital Partners, a leading investor in small and mid-sized private businesses in Australia and New Zealand.

Currently Chairman of the Board at Coverforce and a Director of Ausreo, Instant Access, InteriorCo and ReadyTech.

Previously a co-founder of SB Capital Partners, Managing Director at Smedvig Capital and a board member of Device Technologies.

Previously at Bain & Company advising corporates on a mix of strategy, M&A, and operational improvement projects.
